Independence Day!

Some events and celebrations start on Saturday July 3rd

Boulder City Damboree Parade Saturday July 3rd
It starts with breakfast at 7 AM, then the parade follows at 9AM? and the festivities continue until 8:15PM at Broadbent Memorial Park

Summerlin's Parade July 3rd
The parade in Summerlin is this Saturday July 3rd and it starts at 9AM starting point at Hillpointe and Hills Center and ends at Trailwood Drive

North Las Vegas Independence Day Jubilee July 3rd
The city of North Las Vegas has it's celebration on Saturday July 3rd starting at 6PM fireworks at 10PM It will be at James Seastrand Park (6330 Camino Eldorado)

City of Henderson
has moved their 4th of July celebration to Basic High School's football field. You can park at the Valley View Rec Center, the LDS Chapel on Racetrack and Burkholer, and the Heritage Park Senior and Aquatic Center; a shuttle will take you from those places to Basic. Fireworks will go off at the Fiesta Henderson, Fiesta Rancho, and Aliante Station as far as I am aware on Sunday

All of the previous events are free or have a minimal charge for games and are open to the general public the next events have a price or are not for everyone.

This makes me proud of Nellis AFB because I was at another base for a 4th of July and there were not any activities posted for members to see or participate in. This are all the current celebrations that I am aware of. Watch for more or let me know about some. If I remember correctly there might be some free food coming up in July, but I could remember wrong. There are some more Free events coming up after this great weekend, but I'll post those later.
