Another party I had that I sampled was some products by a company called Sambucol Black Elderberry. I tried the Sambucol Black Elderberry Pastilles the moment I started having a sore throat and the next day it was gone. It was a bit strange as it wasn't a gummy and it wasn't hard so it was inbetween textures. The gummies I had tried before and think they are great which is why I was excited to have the opportunity to share with my family and friends. Long Time

Well it's been a while since my last blog post. I do have a pretty cool product that I got to sample and try for free. It is an app called Penless. At first I thought it was more of a digital scrapbook type thing however it is much more than that. You can create video memories to go in a scrapbook, you can create a message to send to family and friends that live far away from you. It is super simple to use. You scan the QR code and record then put the sticker on a gift, a card, or a book. I got a neat package of stickers and a bookmark, plus a code to save $. Up to Date

Keeping up to date with life and happenings around town is not as easy as it used to be. Some of my links on the side of my posts are now no longer good resources. I don't use my Instagram to share this info, I don't even have a Facebook page for this blog. I have a group on Facebook, but not a specific page. I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge of deals and activities around the town I grew up in and that I'm raising my children in. However it's not always received positively or there are limits on the deals, so it gets frustrating to continue. I also have 4 kids, a part-time job, 2 volunteer outlets, a monthly class I teach, and flowers and balloons decorating that I do, which leaves little time to update my blog. I do follow other local bloggers and vloggers and Instagram pages to try to keep up with the events around the Vegas Valley. Cinco De Mayo events are going on around town, but I will need to try to collect all the info on them to share in another post.

Challange

I'm not sure if I've ever shared on my blog about the kind of work I do. I went to college when my husband went overseas. I chose to learn how to arrange flowers for different occasions and got a certificate of completion for the floral program at CSN. I enjoyed the internships I had done at 3 different flower shops and I wanted to keep up the skills and techniques I had learned so I started working from home doing flowers for different occasions.  I also do balloon decorating.
Now that is done. I'm going to try to post weekly for those looking for fun things to do over the summer. If you read over my blog I go in and out of phases with writing. I don't get paid to write my blog, but maybe I'll look into it.
